We work hard from the conception phase of the watch all the way to production and quality control to minimise any after sale issues. Which is why we’re happy to offer a 5-year warranty (*except on the Vintage 2.0 which has a 2-year warranty). In the unlikely event of an issue with a watch, Mark, our awesome watchmaker, will make sure our customer is soon delighted with their Bausele purchase.
