Well I was cranky because I ordered and paid for my airfield watch in Jan plus additional black leather band. While I received my watch with white band by 31 March, due date, I did not receive my black leather band until early May. As soon as I received my watch I removed the whiteband in favour of a non-bausele black band. On receiving my bausele leather band I was also provided two additional bands, I assume these were provided in mitigation of the delay. So while I was not happy with the delay I cannot fault the customer focus.
